Background
Green Logistics is a logistics and procurement company based in Maputo, Mozambique. As a new business entering a competitive market, they needed a website that introduced the company, explained its services and built confidence with potential clients.
02.
Challenge
As a new company, Green Logistics had limited brand recognition. The website needed to clearly explain what the business offered and how clients could engage with its services. It also needed to make contacting the company as straightforward as possible in a fast-moving industry.

03.
Our Solution
Before starting the design, we spoke with logistics providers and customers to understand what information people expect when evaluating a logistics partner. Research showed that clients first wanted to understand what the company could source, how the process worked and how quickly they could get in touch.
These priorities shaped both the information architecture and the user journey.
Using those insights, we designed and developed a bilingual website that explains the company's services, procurement process, industries served and frequently asked questions in a structured and accessible way.

04.
Design
The website was designed to communicate reliability with structure and clarity. Information was grouped into clear sections, supported by simple graphics and subtle interactions that guided users through the content without distraction.
Since Green Logistics operates across multiple industries, we ensured visitors could quickly identify whether the company met their procurement and logistics requirements.

05.
Impact
We delivered Green Logistics' first digital presence that enabled them to answer to tenders and clients which had it has a requirement. The website reduced friction by making contact information available throughout the website and improved access to company information through bilingual content.
